The Edit Page is a comprehensive interface that facilitates the management of job-related data. There are five distinct tabs featured on the Edit Page, enabling users to effectively navigate and manipulate job information.
Edit Job Tab:
Functionality: The Edit Job tab serves as the central hub for job data management, enabling users to modify and update general job information, such as job type, address, and client details. Users can navigate to the build status page by clicking the "Build Status"
button. If a user clicks on the "Edit Customer"
button, the Edit Customer page will open in a new tab.
Land Details Tab:
Functionality: The Land Details tab is dedicated to the management of land-related information. It enables users to input, edit, or review details regarding the project's land, such as land size, boundaries, and zoning regulations.
Usage: Users can efficiently maintain and monitor land-specific data, which is integral to project planning and execution.
Calculation: Total land cost = Land Cost ExGST + Stamp duty + Transfer Free
House Details Tab:
Functionality: Within the House Details tab, users can oversee information pertaining to the structure or house situated on the project's land. This includes details on the number of floors, rooms, and construction materials.
Usage: This tab is crucial for maintaining accurate house-related data, which impacts various aspects of the project's management.
Insurance Details Tab:
Functionality: The Insurance Details tab is designed for the administration of insurance-related data associated with the project. Users can add, edit, or review insurance policies and their coverage particulars.
Usage: This tab ensures that the project is adequately insured and that all relevant insurance data is up-to-date and accessible.
Costing Tab:
Functionality: The Costing tab provides a comprehensive overview of the project's financial aspects. It enables users to review, modify, and update cost estimates, expenses, and budget-related details.
Usage: This tab is fundamental for effective financial planning, tracking project expenditures, and maintaining precise financial records.
Delete Job Tab:
Functionality: The Delete Job tab serves as a critical interface for initiating the removal of a job from the system. It triggers the deletion process and should be used with caution.
Usage: When a job needs to be permanently eliminated from the system, this tab initiates the deletion workflow.
These five tabs collectively provide a structured and efficient approach to job data management. Users can seamlessly transition between these tabs, ensuring that project information remains accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized throughout the project's lifecycle.
