The "Super admin" or "System admin" has the authority to enable or disable any other user in the system. They can do this by simply clicking on the "Enable" or "Disable" button in the action column of that specific user.
However, it's important to note that the logged-in user (regardless of their role, including Super admin or System admin) cannot update their own status. They are not allowed to enable or disable themselves using the same button. This restriction ensures that the user cannot change their own status inadvertently.
When a user's account is deactivated, the potential customers associated with that user are reassigned to another user with the username 'sales'.
