Irrespective of the user type, the admin user has the ability to simulate/mock any other user who is part of the system. This is achieved by clicking on the "Mock user" button.
When the admin clicks on this button, they are instantly taken to the dashboard as if they were the selected user. The admin gains access to everything that the selected user can do and see. This means the admin can perform any task that is normally permitted to the selected user, experiencing the system from their perspective. It allows the admin to test or troubleshoot user-specific functionalities without needing to log in as that particular user.
When pretending to be another user, all the ongoing sessions of the currently logged-in user will be erased, and you will be logged in as the chosen user.
